>>SILVYN® FD-PU
The SILVYN® FD-PU are super flexible protective conduits for maximum duty in particular for automated production processes which demand protective conduits of high flexibility and endurance. The polyester-elastomer conduit made from pure polyurethane is particularly suitable for mechanical moving parts or areas with fast running machine tools and switchgears under corrosive surroundings.
The SILVYN® FD-PU protective conduit is highly flexible, axially extensible, free of plasticisers, halogen-free, radiation-resistant and watertight. It has maximum resistance to wear, oil, petrol, alkaline solutions and acids, ultra-violet and weathering.
>>SILVYN® USK
(Safety screw coupling for SILVYN FD-PU, SP-PU, SP und FPS)
The conduit connector SILVYN® USK is a safety connector designed with the inner and outer sleeves to only fit in the correct sequence as the connector will not function when it is loose. The screw-in inner sleeve with conduit thread acts as an additional protection for electric cable, providing reliable protection at the conduit ends. The plastic sealing ring provides good sealing while the increased width across flats facilitates safe transmission during assembly. The tension and vibration-resistant special conduit connector provides high quality connection between conduit and machine.
>>SILVYN® MAXI PVC & PA
The SILVYN® MAXI PVC & PA are protective conduits for 70mm internal diameters and above.
SILVYN® MAXI consists of a grey, flexible PVC sheath with a rigid PVC spiral welded in. The internal smooth surface enables cable to pull through with ease. It is a highly flexible, lightweight protective conduit with an uncrushable design besides protection from dirt, oil and other contaminants. Moreover, the machine space become less cluttered thus reduces accidents.
The SILVYN® MAXI PA 70 and MAXI PA 100 are made of high quality, spiral-wound, thick-walled solid plastic, EVA (without supporting spiral). They are crush-resistant, resistant to oils and acids and halogen-free.
>>SILVYN® US
SILVYN® US are metal conduit connectors for SILVYN FD-PU and FPS providing a conduit system that meets the highest demands of stability and functional reliability. The high quality brass conduit connector also provides a vibration and tension-resistant connection.
Note: Internal socket for SILVYN® EE-K- SILVYN® FPS /FD PU Internal socket SILVYN® US EDU-AS or US-AS - SILVYN® EDU-AS & AS
>>SILVYN® EDU-AS & AS
SILVYN® EDU-AS & AS are spiral-wound metal conduits with roughened profile and galvanised steel wire braiding particularly suitable for use under heavy mechanical stress with DIN 49012 standard. The conduits are temperature resistant up to 4000 Celsius and usually used under specific heat hazards. SILVYN® EDU-AS is highly flexible with high tensile, twisting and bending strength.
The SILVYN® AS has the same structure as SILVYN EDU-AS without steel wire braiding. It is used to counter mechanical stress and is highly flexible, resistant to tensile stress and transverse pressure.
>>SILVYN® UI 511
The SILVYN® UI 511 anaconda protective conduit is made from high quality AISI 302 steel.
The protective conduit is highly flexible with an unsealed, double folded profile. Its robust construction makes the conduit resistant to the strongest mechanical stress in respect to pressure, torsion and break resistance. In addition, the conduit could be used in environments with high temperature and dynamic motion.
>>SILVYN® RILL.gif)
The SILVYN® RILL protective polyamide conduit corrugated in PA 6 with parallel grooves is suitable for various applications such as machine installations, controls, moving machine parts, motor connections, internal connections in distribution and control cabinets, industry and commercial buildings.
The conduits are halogen-free, oil and petrol resistant, highly acid and solvent-resistant, flame-retardant, self-extinguishing and very flexible with high compressive strength.
>>SILVYN® ELG/ELW
The SILVYN® ELG/ELW conduit connectors are available in straight or in 90 degrees angle.
The connectors comprised the cap nut 1, the clamping seal 2, the centre section 3, internal shoulder, and locknut 4.
The conduit connection is made with the cap nut pushed onto the conduit. The clamping seal is placed approximately one length behind the end of the conduit enabling it to project from the centre section. This method promotes good clamping and sealing while screwing the nut tight. The conduit connection prepared in this method is fed into the centre section and the cap nut firmly screwed. |
